Introduction

The largest selection of JEOL cylinder type SEM stubs and mounts include sizes from 9.5mm to 50mm diameter to fit all JEOL makes and models. Made from vacuum grade aluminum in different styles. They are manufactured according to original JEOL specifications to fit the standard JEOL cylinder sample stub holders. They are offered in different heights as well. Use the taller ones for flat samples and the shorter ones for taller samples.

The different styles are:   

• Cylinder JEOL stubs, standard
• 9.5mm diameter with 5 and 9.5mm height (sometimes called 10mm, but original JEOL spec is 9.5mm diameter)
• 12.2mm diameter with 5 an 10mm height (sometimes called 12.5mm, but original JEOL spec is 12.2mm diameter)
• 25mm diameter with 5, 8, 10, 12.7 and 16mm height
• 32mm diameter with 5, 10 and 20mm height
• 50mm diameter with 5 and 10mm height

• Angled JEOL stubs to quickly view samples under 45 or 90 degrees w/o using tilt on the sample stage:
• 9.5mm diameter with 45 and 45/90 degrees
• 12.2mm diameter with 45 and 45/90 degrees
• 25mm diameter with 45, 45/90 and double 90 degrees
• 32mm diameter with 45/90 and double 90 degrees

• JEOL stub swivel mount with a diameter of 15mm which can be tilted 90° both ways

• Dish cylinder JEOL stubs in 12.2mm diameter for sample preparation of solutions or fluids directly on the stub. The dish design prevent fluid fromdripping of the stub. Sample can be dried on the SEM stub
